When will my website be ready?
The website will generally take between 2 - 3 weeks from receipt of your payment, if we have all the required information from your Sign Up form to get your website created. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by Website 365.
Why is the invoice billed from ORA design?
Website 365 is a product of ORA design. ORA design is a registered Australian business - ABN: 81 256 221 419.
Can I claim GST on Website 365?
ORA design (the parent business) is registered for GST, so the $365 includes GST. It's best to talk to your accountant about what you can and can't claim.
How often do I need to pay $365?
$365 is due upfront when you decide to join Website 365. From then on $365 is billed annually from the date you signed up.
Is there a contract?
There is no contract length, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Each year is billed in advance. Please note that if you decide to cancel your subscription part way through the year, there are no reimbursements.
I want a more advanced site than what Website 365 can offer, like an online shopping cart or blog, can you still help?
Website 365 is designed to be very simple and affordable for businesses to get online. All features are listed on the features page. If you require a custom, more advanced site, then ORA design is where you should be looking.
Is it easy to edit my website, and how do I edit it?
Yes it's very easy to edit your website. Website 365 understands that some people find it hard to learn new technologies in this day and age. When you join Website 365 you will receive a step by step PDF manual on how to edit your website. All you need is a computer with an internet connection (preferably broadband).
